Dr. Dong Chen has more than 25 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine surgeries, both in Australia and China. He specializes in the accurate diagnosis and comprehensive management of common orthopedic conditions, minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries, ligament reconstruction surgeries, joint replacement surgeries, orthopedic corrective surgeries across the regions of the musculoskeletal system, trauma surgeries, and the treatment of common pediatric orthopedic conditions. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise across all areas of the specialty.

Dr. Chen graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Ph.D. of Surgery degree and previously obtained a Master of Surgery from Zhejiang University. After receiving his medical registration, he went through Orthopedic Surgery Registrar training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. During this period, Dr. Chen underwent 5 years of comprehensive and systematic specialist training rotations at major hospitals around Sydney and Melbourne, and he achieved first place nationwide in the 2016 Orthopedic In-Training Examination (OITE) in Australia. He later served as an orthopedic surgery specialist in the Hunter New England Local Health District of New South Wales, where he was involved in orthopedic clinical practice and management, and the training of orthopedic registrars and medical students. After returning to China, Dr. Chen participated and lead the establishment and development of the orthopedics and sports medicine department at a couple of well-known private hospitals in Shanghai. Dr. Chen Kang has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of orthopedic rehabilitation, specializing in diagnosing and treating conditions such as neck and back pain, and disorders of the shoulder, knee, and ankle joints. alongside personalized sports rehabilitation. Dr. Wenjie Cao is an experienced neurologist with over 20 years’ clinical experience. Dr. Dong graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and previously worked in the Department of Ultrasound at Tongren Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to joining Parkway, she also worked for several years at high-end private medical institutions in China.

Dr. Guoliang Dong is an anesthesiologist with nearly 40 years’ working experience. He specializes in general anesthesia for adults and children, nerves block, epidural and spinal anesthesia, deep sedation for outpatient surgery, etc. He is skilled in the management of difficult airways and acute pain management including labor analgesia. He has rich experience in intensive care as well. Dr. Dong gradated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (China). He later completed the further training in cardiac anesthesia at Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital (China). He has overseas training experience in Japan. Dr. Dong is a Professor of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Shimeng Gao holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles, USA, and is a licensed physical therapist in California. With the qualification of Pelvic Floor Level I Clinician by Herman & Wallace, Dr. Gao’s specialties include pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunctions for both genders, orthopedic and wellness care for all ages, guidance for preconception and pregnancy, as well as chronic pain management. Dr. Sanwei Guo has extensive clinical experience in the field of Urology and Andrology. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation, prostatitis, varicocele, male reproductive system infections, congenital abnormalities of the male external genitalia, male infertility, urinary stones, Peyronie’s disease, and penile curvature. In addition, he is proficient in cysto-urethroscopy, seminal vesiculoscopy, ureteroscopy, microsurgical varicocelectomy and reconstruction for obstructive azoospermia, vasectomy, as well as the precise diagnosis of PSA abnormalities and prostate biopsy. Dr. Guo has deep expertise in standardized grading and treatment of erectile dysfunction and currently oversees the operations of the Andrology Laboratory and Male Health Evaluation Center.

Dr. Guo obtained his Ph.D degree in the School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and M.D. degree in the University of Basel in Switzerland. He was the owner of Swiss Federal Scholarship 2011–2012 and served as a visiting physician and research fellow at Basel University Hospital from 2011 to 2015. He also holds a Goethe-Institut German C1 qualification. He is currently an Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Andrology/Urology at Shanghai General Hospital Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and previously served as Associate Chief Physician in  Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital, Tongji University. Dr. Helen Huang is a physician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology. She excels in diagnosing and managing various gastrointestinal diseases and chronic conditions of the digestive system. She is skilled in digestive endoscopy procedures, including the screening and diagnosis of early gastrointestinal cancer under endoscopy and the endoscopic resection and treatment of various types of gastrointestinal polyps. Dr. Cecile Huang is an experienced ultrasound physician with 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Cecile joined ParkwayHealth in January 2007. She is an expert in general ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, gynecology ultrasound, small organ ultrasound and emergency ultrasound. Dr. Cecile graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, French class, and served in Surgical department for 5 years and Ultrasound Department of Shanghai Yueyang Hospital for 11 years (China). She has overseas working experience in Hospital Bretonneau (France) for one year. 

Dr. Lei Huang has 15 years of professional experience in the field of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. She is proficient in various vascular interventions, including the treatment of carotid and vertebral artery stenosis, intracranial arterial stenosis, intracranial aneurysms, intracranial arteriovenous malformations, and dural arteriovenous fistulas. In addition, Dr. Huang specializes in the precise imaging diagnosis and early detection of cerebrovascular diseases, being adept at performing and interpreting examinations such as head and neck CTA/MRA and high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) of head and neck vessels.

 Dr. Huang got medical degree MD from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University in 2005. She worked in the Department of Radiology at Huashan Hospital for over 10 years, where she focused on interventional work. In 2009, she obtained a master's degree in neurology from Huashan Hospital, Fudan University, with a research focus on the imaging diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. In 2018, Dr. Huang earned a doctoral degree PhD in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine from the same hospital, focusing on high-resolution magnetic resonance and hemodynamics of intracranial aneurysms. That year, she also completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program at Harvard Medical School, receiving capstone project recommendation. Dr. Huang has participated in numerous clinical and basic research projects on cerebrovascular diseases, including three National Natural Science Foundation projects. Dr. Warren Ho is an American Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with over 20 years working experience. He has special interest in preventative medicine and illness of adults. Dr. Ho earned his Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine (U.S.). Dr. Honghua Jin is an experienced dentist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. David Jiang has an MD degree from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University school of Medicine in China, long term served in Orthopedic department of Ruijin Hospital as resident, attending doctor and associated professor. Dr. Li graduated from Peking University School of Medicine in Pediatrics care.Prior to joining Parkway, Dr. Li had 22 years of pediatric experience at international medical facility with core pediatric roles at Shanghai United Family Hospital and Jiahui Health. Dr. Li joined Shanghai United Family Hospital upon its establishment in 2004 as the first Chinese pediatrician. She worked in Shanghai United Family Hospital for 12 years and provided high quality medical care and health checkup based on international standards for children from over 30 countries. Then Dr. Li joined Jiahui Health in 2016 as the core founding member and the first pediatrician of Jiahui Health pediatric team. Dr. Fang Zhang is a general and laparoscopic surgeon with nearly 30 years working experience. He specializes in minimally invasive and general surgery with special interest in breast oncology, gastrointestinal tract diseases, thyroid diseases, peripheral vein and hemorrhoids. Dr. Zhang received his medical training from the Jiao Tong University Medical College in Shanghai (China). He obtained his Master's Degree in the research and development of colorectal cancer at the Medical College of Fudan University and is a Vice-Professor of the Department of General Surgery at First People’s Hospital in Shanghai (China).
