Anaesthesia

Anesthesiology is the procedure of providing anesthesia and analgesia for all types of surgical and investigative procedures. Your anesthesiologist is responsible for administering the anesthetic and looking after your general well-being and safety throughout and immediately following your surgery.

This is very important in the management of acute and chronic pain with the use of pain control medications, sedation and pain-relieving techniques such as epidurals and nerve blocks.

At Parkway our fully-accredited anesthesiologists and state-of-the-art equipment ensure that your anesthesia and recovery will be as safe and as pleasant as possible.
