In 2015, he served as a rehabilitation therapist for the Organizing Committee of the World Athletics Championships. From 2016 to 2017, he was assigned to the China National Swimming Team as a strength and rehabilitation coach, preparing athletes for the 2017 FINA World Championships in Budapest and the 13th National Games of China. During this period, he was responsible for sports injury management and performance enhancement, providing physical therapy for elite athletes. John Chen also holds multiple international and professional certifications, including AOPT (American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Mulligan Dynamic Joint Mobilization. He previously served as the physical therapy team leader in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of a private medical institution in Shanghai. He is currently a Committee Member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Branch of the Shanghai Association of Social Medical Institutions and provides rehabilitation consulting services for organizations including FWD China, Wellington College International, and CPA Australia.

Tingjing Xu is a physiotherapist with 6 years of clinical experience in neurorehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic strain. Tingjing does posture assessment to help regulate abnormal posture. She is experienced in the  treatment of bone and joint diseases to help delay disease progression and avoid unnecessary surgery. In addition, Tingjing has had orthopedic postoperative rehabilitation assessment and training to help patients who underwent operation and suffer from sports injury to restore functional ability and activities in daily living.
