Dr. Cecile Huang is an experienced ultrasound physician with 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Cecile joined ParkwayHealth in January 2007. Dr. David Jiang has an MD degree from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University school of Medicine in China, long term served in Orthopedic department of Ruijin Hospital as resident, attending doctor and associated professor. He completed further training at the Fuji Toranomon Orthopedic Hospital in Japan, and has been a visiting scholar at upstate medical university of New York. Dr. Joey Loh is a Cardiologist with over 25 years of clinical experience. Dr. Zhong served as the Chief of Anesthesiology at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Educationally grounded with an undergraduate degree from Wenzhou Medical University, Dr. Zhong further honed his skills and knowledge at Shanghai Medical University for postgraduate studies between 1988 and 1991. His academic pursuits extended internationally with a Ministry of Education-sponsored fellowship at the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2000-2001. Dr. Jessica Zhu is an experienced gynecologist with 33 years of clinical experience. Dr. Zhu specializes in the diagnosis and the treatment of cervical diseases, menstrual disorders, perimenopausal syndrome, refractory genital tract inflammation, etc. She is skilled at gynecological procedures and minimally invasive surgeries (colposcopy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, LEEP). Dr. Zhu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and completed Master’s Program at Tongji University School of Medicine (China). She underwent further study at Stanford Hospital, Stanford University (U.S.A) and Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (China). In addition, Dr. Zhu worked two years in Morocco, where she was sent by the Chinese government to provide medical support for the local hospital.

Dr. Chance Zhang has several years of working experience. He specializes in general dermatosis of adults and children including acne, eczema, pigmentation diseases, psoriasis, herpes, etc. Dr. Zhang is skilled in the pathological diagnosis of common skin disorders. He has experience in the excision of benign and malignant tumors as well as laser treatment of pigmentation disease, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Leyi Zhang is an experienced and WHO-certified rehabilitation physician with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. She specializes in the comprehensive assessment of various post-operation dysfunction and injuries, as well as those caused by acute and chronic diseases. By implementing individualized rehab treatment program, the better curative effects can be achieved.   Dr. Zhang is experienced in rehab of premature infants, developmental delay, cerebral palsy and hemiplegic patients of various brain injuries.
Dr. Zhang is the founder of “Enjoy Rehab”. She graduated from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and has worked in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital for more than 20 years (China). Dr. Zhang has participated in the compilation of multiple monographs and university textbooks including "Practical Rehabilitation Medicine", "Rehabilitation Function Assessment" and "Rehabilitation Nursing" and has published the "Guidance Book for Premature Infant Family Training" as the editor-in-chief in 2020.

Dr. Peng Zhou is an Ophthalmologist with over 15 years working experience in comprehensive ophthalmology in top hospitals. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, optometry examination, and external eye surgery. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), lazy eye, glaucoma, cataract, uveitis, retinal tear, diabetic retinal disorders, macular degeneration, eyelid bump and conjunctivitis (pink eye). Dr. Peng obtained his MD in Ophthalmology from Peking University in Beijing (China). He is Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Retina-Vitreous at the Doheny Eye Institute, University of South California in Los Angeles (USA). He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). He is a committee member of the Chinese Ophthalmology Society. He published numerous articles in Nature Communications and other top international peer-reviewed journals.
