She previously worked in the Department of Gastroenterology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where she was honored as an outstanding worker and served as the Publicity Committee Member of the Second Branch of the Department of Gastroenterology.
In 2020, Dr. Pan supported Taijiang County People's Hospital in Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, serving as Acting Director of the Internal Medicine II Department, where she was recognized as an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Taijiang County. She has also served for many years as an instructor for standardized resident physician training and holds certification in Clinical Trials of Drugs and Medical Devices in Zhejiang Province, as well as an Animal Experimentation Certificate.
