Introduction
Dr. Yuan Lu has nearly 10 years of clinical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her areas of expertise include digestive system disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, chronic colitis, ulcerative colitis, chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, constipation, and other functional gastrointestinal disorders; chronic pain conditions, including neck, shoulder, lower back and dorsal pain, neuralgic headache, migraine, dysmenorrhea, arthritis, fasciitis, and postherpetic neuralgia; as well as the management of insomnia, anxiety and depressive symptoms, menopausal syndrome, and subhealth conditions.
Dr. Yuan Lu obtained a Doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Tuina from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and subsequently completed postdoctoral research in Biomedical Engineering at Fudan University. She has led and participated in multiple research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. As first author or corresponding author, Dr. Lu has published more than 20 academic papers, including 8 SCI-indexed publications, and has served as editor-in-chief or contributing editor of four academic monographs. She currently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Moxibustion Branch of the China Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and is a member of the Shanghai Acupuncture Association.

Dr. Jingxiang Lin is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physician with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. He is proficient in various therapeutic methods, including "acupuncture for sedation and pain relief", "manual facial bone adjustment for aesthetic improvement", "desensitization therapy for allergic rhinitis", and "craniosacral therapy for sleep enhancement". His expertise spans TCM gynecology, TCM pediatrics, andrology, pain medicine, and spinal and joint rehabilitation.
Dr. Lin earned his Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from South Baylo University (USA), a Master’s degree in Orthopedics and Traumatology from Shuguang College of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a PhD in Integrative Rehabilitation Medicine from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He completed advanced training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and studied under Professor Guantong Shi, the fourth-generation successor of Shi’s Traumatology in Shanghai, and later trained under Director Taidong Wang of the Department of Qigong, Shanghai Municipal Hospital of TCM, inheriting the Daoist health-preserving practice “Huichun Gong”. He currently holds memberships in the Canadian Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists, Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, Pediatric Specialty Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, Gynecology and Obstetrics Committee of the China Non-Government Medical Institutions Association, Spinal Adjustment Branch of the Shanghai Association of Chinese Medicine, and the Trauma Rehabilitation Branch (Youth Committee) of the Shanghai Association of Chinese Medicine. He also serves as a Standing Council Member of the Musculoskeletal Health Branch of the Chinese Ethnic Medicine Association and a Committee Member of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Promotion Branch of the China Population Culture Association.
