Mai Linlin is a registered psychotherapist with nearly 10 years of rich experience, specializing in various fields such as personal growth, existential issues, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, childhood and intergenerational trauma, interpersonal relationships (family/friends/partners), adolescent troubles, cultural diversity issues, LGBTQ+ support, and work stress management.

 Mai Linlin is certified as a psychotherapist by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and holds registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) (registration number 383755). She holds a master's degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK, majoring in humanistic experiential counseling and psychotherapy practice. She has provided professional psychotherapy services to adults and children in both the UK and Shanghai, demonstrating her excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

Selina Lin received her Master's degree in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago in 2012. Since then, she has engaged in psychological counseling and related training, accumulating a wealth of experience in both clinical psychotherapy and training. She is proficient in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotional-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Internal Family System (IFS), Art Therapy, Sandy Play, Dream Work, Active Imagination, Focusing, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Selina has successfully helped clients navigate personal challenges and make impactful changes. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety. sleeping disorders, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, marital issues, and family and child/adolescent issues, with a particular focus on trauma related to family origins. Since 2012. Selina has provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consulting, training, crisis intervention, and coaching services to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Her approach is noted for its experiential and interactive training styles.
