He later completed the further training in cardiac anesthesia at Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital (China). He has overseas training experience in Japan. Dr. Dong is a Professor of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Shenghao Miao has been engaged in anesthesiology clinical practice for many years. He specializes in critical care anesthesia and difficult airway management, with exceptional proficiency in rapid assessment and precise technical execution. Through tactile feedback and visual confirmation, he is able to quickly determine whether the endotracheal tube has been accurately inserted into the glottis, reflecting exceptional clinical responsiveness and decision-making ability. He is highly skilled in various surgical anesthesia techniques, perioperative life support, and emergency care, with extensive experience in nerve block anesthesia, sleep medicine, and research on transcranial magnetic stimulation for modulating neuronal excitability.Dr. Miao graduated from the seven-year clinical medicine program at Guangxi Medical University with a Master's degree in Surgery, and subsequently completed residency training and specialist training at Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. In 2019, he served as a member of the intubation team of the Shanghai Medical Aid Team supporting Hubei during the COVID-19 outbreak. At the Guanggu Campus of Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, he served as the lead intubator of the "Intubation Assault Team", performing 22 emergency intubations for critically ill COVID-19 patients and participating in the rescue of over 200 patients. He was subsequently honored with the Shanghai Advanced Individual in COVID-19 Response Award, Ruijin Hospital Most Beautiful Doctor Award, and Wuhan Municipal People's Government Most Beautiful Doctor Award. Dr. Miao currently leads a sub-project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. As corresponding author, he has published two SCI-indexed papers and holds two translational patents and one software copyright.

Dr. Jinhui Xiang is an associate chief physician with over 18 years of professional experience in the field of anesthesia. She specializes in the anesthesia management of various surgeries, particularly in the perioperative management of obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, thoracic surgery, otolaryngology, and endoscopic gastroenterology. Dr. Xiang is proficient in a range of anesthesia-related procedures, including central venous and arterial puncture techniques, epidural puncture techniques, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and the use of Tubeless in ERCP anesthesia management. She is dedicated to the anesthesia management for enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) and has extensive clinical experience in perioperative comfort care.

 Dr. Jinhui Xiang graduated from the Department of Anesthesiology at Xuzhou Medical University and obtained a master's degree in anesthesiology from the First Clinical College of Soochow University. She has worked in the Department of Anesthesiology at Shanghai Fifth People's Hospital and completed standardized training as a resident physician. She also served as an anesthesiologist at the Department of Anesthesiology at Shuguang Hospital affiliated with Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Xiang has participated in numerous clinical research projects and published multiple papers in Chinese core journals and SCI academic journals in anesthesia.
