乳腺结节症状有哪些，是否存在不同类型的癌变乳房肿块？
乳腺癌的分类方式有很多，常见的是以乳房中受影响的细胞为分类依据。
导管癌是常见的一种乳腺癌，肿瘤出现于乳导管。
另一种常见乳腺癌为小叶癌，肿瘤出现于分泌乳汁的腺体（名为小叶）。
血管肉瘤是一种较为罕见的乳腺癌，肿瘤出现于乳房血管或淋巴管内壁的细胞中。
乳头处的湿疹样癌也很罕见，肿瘤源自乳腺导管，但会扩散至乳头或周围区域的表皮。
同样罕见的还有乳腺叶状肿瘤，它源自乳房中的结缔组织，绝大多数乳腺叶状肿瘤为良性，但大约10%是恶性的。
乳腺癌还可以是否扩散为分类依据。原位乳腺癌即未扩散至周边乳房组织的肿瘤；浸润乳腺癌即已经侵入或渗入周边乳房组织的肿瘤。
对于癌变乳房肿块，有哪些治疗方案？
癌变乳房肿块的治疗方案取决于癌变类型及扩散程度，现有方案包括：
乳房肿块切除术 – 切除肿块处的部分乳房。乳房切除术 – 切除整个乳房。四分之一乳房切除术 – 又称乳房象限切除术，即切除四分之一的乳房及部分邻近组织。药物治疗 – 目前用于治疗乳腺癌的药品多种多样，包括化疗、激素疗法与靶向治疗。放疗 – 利用高强度电离辐射杀灭癌细胞。
乳房肿块会复发吗？
乳房肿块在治疗后的数月或数年内可能会复发。乳房手术后患者可能会摸到疤痕组织形成的肿块。然而，肿块复发也可能是乳腺癌复发。此时，癌变肿块可能会在乳房原来部位或其他部位。
什么情况下应该就医？
如果出现以下情况：
带有癌变迹象的乳房肿块治疗后复发的乳房肿块家族成员有乳腺癌病史并且发现乳房肿块
